“A ram-jam barrage of 50s rock’n’ roll mania, shot through with punk venom, “All Cranked Up” is one of the most energising things you’ll hear all year” – Classic Rock Magazine

“Makes the Cramps sound like yacht rock.” – John Niven

Buses grumble. Tube trains rumble. I Live In The City. Another day dawns as they fix their hair and wonder what to make of it all. Two tall suited figures make their way to the cheapest rehearsal room in town and start blasting out ‘ANOTHER NIGHT TO TRIP THE LIGHTS I PRAY TO GOD I’LL BE ALRIGHT AND NOT END UP A DEAD MAN!’. The walls rattle and the heavy metal band next door cannot be heard. I Live In The City is His Lordship’s ode to London. 2 minutes of joyous, relentless Rock’n’Roll.  Rock’n’Roll is not for everyone.

Fresh off the back of a sold out tour supporting Jason Isbell, maximum Rock’n’Roll duo His Lordship return with blistering new single ‘I Live In The City’, the follow up to ‘All Cranked’ up which was added straight to the  B-list at BBC Radio 6 Music. The single arrives with a brand new video by Nadia Marquard Otzen.

Alongside this, His Lordship announce their biggest headline tour to date, taking in 12 cities, including a headline show at London’s Lafayette on 13th April. The follow up to ‘All Cranked’ up which was added straight to the  B-list at BBC Radio 6 Music, ‘I Live In The City’ arrives with a brand new video by Nadia Marquard Otzen.

The band are currently in the studio with David Wrench and Tchad Blake putting the finishing touches to their debut LP due out in 2023.

Opening up on the evening is Bruno And The Outrageous Methods Of Presentation.
