Following on from their run of shows earlier in the year, Club Paradise’s latest EP, The Night Carnival, is setting the stage for indie sob rock in 2023.

As their list of tour support slots continues to grow, 2023 saw Club Paradise join King No-one, Corella and more having already landed slots alongside The Magic Gang, Katy J Pearson, Casey Lowry and more in 2022. As well as this, the four-piece have garnered festival attention landing a spot on the mainstage of the north easts newest music festival: Coastella, alongside The Mystery Jets, The Futureheads and more having recently played the mainstage at the launch of A Stones Throw alongside Lauran Hibberd, BERWYN and Sam Thompson.

Previous releases from the band have garnered support from BBC Introducing, Radio X and Radio 1’s Jack Saunders, as well as receiving critical acclaim from the likes of CLASH Magazine, Shortlist Magazine and Record of the Day. Of their new EP, frontman Ryan Young said: “The Night Carnival originally wasn’t intended as a collection of tracks. As time went on, the atmosphere of the 3 tracks on the EP felt like they belonged together. It’s quite a heartfelt EP to be honest, Everybody Else is about being able to lean on your buddies when you need them most, Surfacing is more about the pain of getting something wrong and wanting to make amends and the title track is kind of an anthem to the old saying that the grass is always greener. So with those themes in mind, and the palette of sounds across the EP, we’re really proud to be putting them out in one go, with no real lead single.”
